Isaac's Tutoring Background:

I graduated with a 4.0 from the Behavioral Neuroscience major at Western Washington University while completing honors college requirements along with minors in chemistry and psychology. This past summer, I achieved a 92nd percentile MCAT score and will apply to Med School this spring.  In college, I worked as a STEM tutor for 3 years at the university's tutoring center (CRLA Level 1 Certified) and was the lead organic chemistry tutor senior year. I attribute my success to hard work creating and implementing systems for studying and optimizing my brain function. I say all this to demonstrate the success that comes from implementing proven strategies. Let me help you on your journey to achieving your academic dreams!

I graduated from Western Washington University in Spring of 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a minor in Chemistry. While at WWU I was a part of the Climate Leadership Certificate program with the Sustainability Engagement Institute where I learned about connecting sustainability with systems thinking, community outreach, and facilitation techniques in a small interdisciplinary cohort. Currently I work with the San Juan Island Conservation district and the Islands Conservation Corps crew where I engage in ecological restoration projects throughout the islands. I plan on attending graduate school to study forest ecology and wildfire effects in PNW ecosystems.
